We want everyone to be able to use the Hospedale website and app, including people with disabilities. Here we explain what we did to make the site accessible, and who to contact if something doesn't work.
1Accessibility level
The site was built with the aim of meeting Israeli Standard 5568, level AA, which is based on WCAG 2.0. A full professional accessibility audit of the site by a certified body has not yet been carried out, so we do not state that every page and component meets this level.
2What we did on the site
You can navigate the whole site with a keyboard only.
All text on the site is real text, not images, so screen readers can read it aloud.
Colors were chosen to give enough contrast between text and background.
You can enlarge text up to 200% without breaking the page.
Images and icons have text descriptions.
The site works on computers, tablets and phones.
The site is available in Hebrew, Arabic, English, French and Russian.
3What is not yet accessible
We keep testing and improving. If you find something that isn't accessible, please tell us and we'll fix it.
4Accessibility in the service itself
If you need an adjustment during a visit or a call, for example communicating in writing instead of by phone, let us know when you book and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.
